The Field Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing Advertising Agency and Brand Direct clients and developing or expanding accounts primarily through face-to-face sales. Essential in driving new business growth and expansion of the Digital Audience teams commercial initiatives. Maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, win-back, cross-sell, up-sell of new opportunities. Identify new contacts and deepen relationships with current contacts. Generate new business through new client identification.
This role is responsible for driving growth through selling the Company’s digital portfolio of audience targeting and identity products (D&B, Eyeota, NetWise) to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts primarily through face-to-face sales.
This role will provide management and leadership over the Eyeota and ATARG digital sales team with the core goal of increasing sales, revenue and managing the team to performance. This will further enhance results driven accountability and increase traction on these business lines.Essential Key ResponsibilitiesLead a highly skilled team of Account Executives that own driving year-over-year sales growth inalignment with the Business Unit’s goals and strategies.Exhibit knowledge and have meaningful experience within vertical space to identify areas of future growth and develop plan to execute.Understand market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities in digital advertising & marketing.Articulate company value propositions in advertising & marketing in customer meetings and in meetings with internal stakeholders in D&B sales and product.Lead the Account Executives and sales support team members through quarterly detailed accountplanning process for each account; evaluate the aggressiveness of the account plans and pressure-test their feasibility.Actively measure and evaluate the performance of Account Executives, measuring against clearlyidentified benchmark guidelines; ensure that the performance of all key metrics in isproperly measured.Implement strategic plans and objectives from senior management.Provide coaching and leadership to the team through participation in sales calls in varying stages of the sales process; develop career plans for each Account Executive and identify areas of exposure and growth to help them achieve their career plan aspirations.Work with team to expand relationships with C-level and senior members of clients to develop more meaningful customer relationships offering greater value.Partner with Business Partners to attract, recruit, build and develop a team of top performing sales professionals; handle all HR related topics for direct reports.Education and ExperienceBachelors RequiredMasters Preferred7-10 yearsAdditional Skills and/or CertificationsCombined selling and sales leadership experience of 7+ years in the Digital Advertising industry.Understanding of the AdTech and Digital Advertising industry with a history of hands-on selling, sales leadership, and account development.Understanding of the data business market dynamics and industry trends.Understanding of programmatic advertising with knowledge of key technology platforms, media spend trends and technical innovation within Advertising Industry.Demonstration of original thought in business plan development and history of successful execution against those plans.Proven success with driving new and existing multimillion-dollar engagements in a highly complex, changing environment to ensure achievement of objectives and significant customer value.Ability to manage a team in a manner that instills a strong belief in achieving goals, focuses on preparedness and creates a passion for winning and personal development/growth.Ability to rapidly assess client environments from a business process, organizational and technological perspective, and effectively prioritize opportunities for growth.Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.Show an ownership mindset in everything you do; be a problem solver, be curious and be inspired to take action, be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholder, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.Willing to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.Benefits We Offer· Generous paid time off in your first year, increasing with tenure.· Up to 16 weeks 100% paid parental leave after one year of employment.· Paid sick time to care for yourself or family members. · Education assistance and extensive training resources.· Do Good Program: Paid volunteer days & donation matching.  · Competitive 401k & Employee Stock Purchase Plan with company matching. · Health & wellness benefits, including discounted Wellhub membership rates.· Medical, dental & vision insurance for you, spouse/partner & dependents.· Learn more about our benefits: .
