Senior Manager, Analytics & Data Strategy
As a Senior Manager, Analytics and Data Strategy, you will be an individual contributor reporting to the Director, Analytics and Data Strategy and your business focus will be at the intersection of promotions, CRM, and loyalty, with CRM emphasisYou will measure marketing performance relative to client goals using the measurement plan and develop and deliver periodic reporting with business insights based on reporting and data analysisYou will meet with clients and client teams to document program goals and define metrics and KPIs that best measure their achievementYou will identify and document opportunities to use data to inform and fuel new marketing tactics and will create Learning Agendas for themYou will develop and deliver presentation of findings to clients and other teams that use data to support clear, logical, and business recommendations and that inform new opportunities and tactics that drive continuous improvementYou will partner with other disciplines to refine your recommendations.You will identify gaps and challenges to collecting data needed for metrics and analysis and develop viable approaches to working through themYou will brief, orchestrate, and oversee technical analytics work conducted by offshore and third-party teamsYou will use statistical concepts and techniques to analyze experiments and user behavior to produce and support useful findingsYou will be subject matter expert in measurement, analysis, and data-driven solutioning – familiar with multiple approaches and able to recommend the one that best addresses the client need

Qualifications

You will have at least 4 years' experience in data science or analytics roles delivering campaign and audience measurement, predictive analytics, data-driven insights, and business recommendations to internal or external clients.You will have a master's or bachelor's degree in a quantitative (STEM or quant-oriented social sciences) or business field (business, finance, marketing) with professional experience in both quantitative analysis and business consultingYou will have experience analyzing transaction-level data from large databases to produce business-focused insightsYou will have experience informing decisions with quantitative data and tailoring recommendations based on your analysisYou will have experience simplifying your analysis for a business audienceYou will have experience with cloud-based big data platforms like Redshift, Big Query, Teradata, etc.You will have experience in Loyalty analytics and with modern CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce, other)You will have demonstrated ability to break work into clear tasks and to work across technical and business domainsYou will have strong presentation skills - delivering insights from primary data analysisYou will have solid organizational skills – task prioritization, meeting facilitation, conflict resolution, and risk identification/mitigationYou will have familiarity and experience developing, designing, and executing marketing experiments and offer testingYou will have experience using predictive modeling approaches, including machine learning, clustering, regression, ensemble modeling, or decision treesExperience using AI to drive efficiency and scale or to enhance data analysis efforts is a plusExperience with Tableau, Power BI or other front-end visualization tool is a plus.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company’s incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
