Senior Manager, Anaplan Solution Architect (Remote, United States)
**Your role at Dynatrace** + Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of sophisticated Anaplan planning solutions that address complex business challenges. + Collaborating closely with cross-functional peers to gather requirements, understand pain points, and propose tailored Anaplan solutions. + Developing comprehensive Anaplan multi-dimensional models that optimize processes, enhance functionality, and align with best practices. + Overseeing and guiding the integration of Anaplan with other systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. + Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and hands-on support to a growing team of Anaplan resources. + Leading by example and setting high standards for solution architecture, quality, and adherence to project timelines. + Conducting regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. + Serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to both the team and stakeholders across Dynatrace. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless project execution. + Staying up-to-date with the latest Anaplan features and industry trends, incorporating them into solution designs and team skill development. Candidates who live within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA/Detroit, MI/Denver, CO/Mountain View, CA will be required to work hybrid out of our offices. All other candidates are able to sit remotely. **What will help you succeed** Minimum Requirements: + A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Anaplan solutions, including substantial exposure to solution architecture. + Bachelor's Degree.
