Senior Manager, Asset Monitoring Services
ATS Company: ATS Corporation Requisition ID: 13823 Location: Cambridge, ON, CA, N3H 4R7 Date: Jan 6, 2025 Senior Manager, Asset Monitoring Services Overview The Senior Manager, Asset Monitoring Services is responsible for the overall development, implementation, and management of ATS Global Services Connected Care Hubs (CCH). The successful candidate will oversee a diverse team of engineering and field resources that provide 24/7 technical support, real time asset monitoring services and other remote services on behalf of ATS customers. A skilled communicator with strong technical skills, demonstrated leadership experience, strategic thinking and planning, and ability to navigate complex, decentralized organizations would be an ideal fit for this role. Responsibilities • Lead the build out, expansion, and management of Connected Care Hubs (CCH) across a global footprint • Continuous development and management of a geographically dispersed team of technical resources responsible for delivering CCH services • In coordination with other ATS businesses, oversee the successful deployment and management of CCH services ensuring a best-in-class customer experience • Develop and execute strategies designed to fulfill business and organizational objectives for the CCH • Implement standardized operating processes, tools, and reporting so services can be executed at scale and with consistency • Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of services, implementing improvements as needed • Proactively collaborate and align with functional / business stakeholders to address challenges and enhance value for customers • Participate and support the development of Global Services innovation roadmap integrating technologies and future services within the CCH • Create and enforce policies and procedures related to data security and compliance protocols • Ensure all monitoring activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards • Establishes clear CCH metrics and objectives, tracks performance against goals, and informs senior management of results. • Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with the ATS Code of Business Conduct. Qualifications • A post-secondary diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent. • A minimum of 10 years of experience in technical/business/ roles with strong services, manufacturing experience & IT knowledge. • Ideally a combination of the following background: services, sales, project management, strategic planning and customer service. • Strong influential leadership and collaboration skills. • Software and/or network engineering experience required • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
