Senior Manager, Brand Growth

As a Senior Manager, Brand Growth, your responsibilities include analyzing data, optimizing costs, and ensuring effective brand growth. You’ll identify insights and opportunities at the brand and market level, leveraging your understanding of financial P&L and trade efficiency. In this role, you’ll lead the creation, optimization, and strategy for new growth opportunities. As a strategic partner to account leadership, you’ll utilize comprehensive analytical solutions across all categories, leveraging various data sources (such as syndicated data, customer data, and loyalty data) to drive business growth and help meet annual sales objectives. This position is remote.   

 

A Taste Of What You Will Be Doing  

 

Sales Business Planning - Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional partners to make accurate forecasts and identify growth opportunities.  Develop compelling strategies and deliver impactful presentations to drive growth opportunities.  Business Development - Utilize your selling, influencing, and negotiation skills, work closely with internal stakeholders.  This will drive decision-making while identifying and nurturing new business prospects to foster growth.  Strategic Partnerships - Build information-sharing partnerships across functions. Use market and brand-level data analysis to develop innovative business strategies strengthen relationships with the account teams and other stakeholders.  Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Strategy, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. 

 

We’re Looking for Someone With 

 

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to apply an analytical and strategic thought process while working with multiple support functions  Must have demonstrated ability to handle multiple project assignments promptly  Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  Excellent presentation, communication, time management, and organizational skills, present data through a story   Strong storytelling skills and ability to influence with data and insights: Nielsen, Circana, Kantar and Numerator  Ability to accurately forecast and measure trade effectiveness 

 

Compensation

 

The annual salary range is $141,680 - $185,955, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
