Senior Manager, Business Compliance Dental Medicare

Position Summary

Dental Medicare Compliance lead is responsible for ensuring compliance of dental Medicare benefits. Compliance manager will collaborate with partners across the organization to understand all compliance requirements and ensure accurate application to the dental business. Compliance manager will engage with appropriate business units to ensure successful implementation of all new compliance requirements. Compliance lead will collaborate with all Medicare and operations teams to monitor ongoing compliance.

What you will do

 

·         Ensures compliance with all regulations.

·         Reviews new regulations to ensure appropriate application to dental.

·         Collaborates with business areas to implement new regulations.

·         Monitors ongoing compliance across all functional areas as it relates to dental.

·         Collaborates with Medicare teams to support the preparation and filing of routine regulatory reports, data calls, and non-product filings to ensure the individual contributors comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

·         Contributes to the development of compliance policies and procedures.


For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

 

·         5+ years’ work experience in a regulatory, compliance position in healthcare, insurance, or relevant work experience in a business area

·         Strong analytic skills

·         Detail oriented

·         Adept at collaboration and teamwork

·         Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.

·         Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.

·         Adept at business intelligence

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·         Project management

·         Dental Medicare knowledge

      
Education

·         Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $174,200.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
