The Senior Manager, Business Development will manage a team of specialist solution sellers to bring focus, consistency, and accountability across key technology domains for the Australia and New Zealand Region. Demonstrating a strong ability to create, implement and execute a strategic GTM plan that aligns the team to unlock enterprise-wide deals for Fortinet specialist products and services. Manage the team to Interface with product domains of SecOps, Services, Unified SASE and Cloud to build market awareness and close business within an assigned region. As a leader, coordinating resources with the relevant internal ANZ SLT to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
As a Senior Manager, Business Development you will:
Manage and motivate a team of Specialist BD Sellers to focus on strategic, must win technology domains across the ANZ Region. Develop and implement a regional strategic specialist business plan. Engage with Sales Leadership to drive focus in their book of business to drive growth in key accounts, outside of core product. Collaborate with the marketing, product and solution engineering teams to execute a strategy that aligns to company goals. Monitor and analyze market and industry trends to identify potential opportunities and threats. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements to the ANZ Sr Director. Prepare and present business development reports and forecasts to ensure accountability and focused growth. Hold the team to consistently build and deliver accurate pipeline and forecast. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Provide coaching and mentoring to business development specialists to enhance their skills and performance. Travel within assigned territory will be required.We Are Looking For:
