This position involves close collaboration with various departments to establish and refine performance metrics, ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are carefully selected and effectively monitored. The manager's responsibilities include enhancing business processes across the organization to maximize efficiency, particularly by reducing non-productive field time.

Leading a team of six analysts, the manager oversees the generation of a comprehensive suite of reports, including process-focused, tactical, and exploratory analyses, as well as national scorecards. These analytical tools are vital for the Sales, Talent, and Operations teams to monitor performance and propel the organization forward.
