**Req Number** 147310 Job Description Manages, develops, and innovates health care data analytics solutions to support data and information intelligence that support system-wide metrics and initiatives. Drives effective and integrated business decision making, enable interpretation of performance trends, and identifies new opportunities for process improvement and business intelligence as it relates to all analytics solutions programs. Job Responsibility 1.Provides leadership to a team across multiple digital functions by developing, communicating, and building consensus for goals/programs that support business or patient care. 2.Develops and articulates a short-term strategic vision for areas of responsibility. 3.Leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical and/or financial analytics and reporting solutions. 4.Displays expertise in clinical and/or financial applications and develops specifications to support the design of new or modified analytics applications. 5.Utilizes in-depth clinical, financial, and analytical skills and industry expertise in evaluating proposed projects and forming recommendations. Assures high quality execution of all approved projects which have a high impact on the overall digital function. 6.Identifies opportunities to initiate operational change within the Business Intelligence function. 7. Oversees staff performance, career development, and training. 8.Performs related duties as required.
