How you’ll make an impact: The SiriusXM Media Business Operations team is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations for AdsWizz to support the revenue analytics and business planning for our AdsWizz platform and marketplace business. As Senior Manager, Business Operations you will be expected to act as a consultative partner to executives to drive revenue by identifying areas of opportunity and risk using strong analytics skills. Key responsibilities include forecasting and reporting revenue results, analysis of key revenue performance metrics, fulfillment of ad hoc analytics requests and collaboration with management to make thoughtful recommendations and create action plans. We're looking for a dynamic team player who will thrive in a fast-paced, hardworking, entrepreneurial atmosphere focused on driving revenue and strategy for a quickly growing media property. The preferred location is Northern California but will also consider candidates based in NYC. What you’ll do: Support the AdsWizz team with general business analysis for the core platform business including (but not limited to) historical account spending, platform market sizing, opportunity analyses, review of pricing models and profitability Conduct various analyses with respect to the AdsWizz Marketplace and resellers to inform both marketplace and reseller strategy Develop new operational KPIs and identify root causes for revenue fluctuations Conduct regular business reviews with key sales stakeholders to help the team focus on incremental revenue opportunities Support the development of and rationale for monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts Identify opportunities to improve current reporting formats, processes and systems Drive the preparation of annual revenue targets and specific account planning by region, line of business, platform product, business development lead and account/customer Help inform tiering and segmentation for AdsWizz customers and alignment of resources and programs against these tiers; define and enforce SLAs as needed Succinctly translate cross-platform and multi-national revenue performance to an executive audience Develop detailed compensation plans at an individual seller level; collaborate with internal compensation team to continuously improve plans to drive desired outcomes Work with the business development team on strategic account reviews and identify opportunities to grow revenue Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key finance, operations, HR and legal stakeholders across the enterprise Stay current with media, technology and competitive publisher trends and digital advertising evolutions What you’ll need: 5-7 years of business strategy, analytics, planning or related work Bachelor’s degree or equal relevant experience Prior experience in digital media and SAAS platform(s) strongly preferred, especially in the ad tech sector (ie another leading ad server, DSP, SSP, Data Provider, CRM or order management system solution) Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can dissect complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations and action plans Proven ability to persuade, build consensus and work on a collaborative team basis with all levels of management, internally and externally Possess the ability to consistently take initiative and lead projects with minimal supervision and work efficiently in a high-paced environment Exceptional communication and presentation skills including the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently Exceptional ability to problem-solve and influence decision making Possess a passion for digital media and consumer internet and a strong intellectual curiosity Superior Microsoft Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills (or equivalent Google suite skills) Extensive experience working with Salesforce Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau Familiarity with SQL preferred Must have legal right to work in the US At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $114,000 to $153,600 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
