Design and develop Identity-driven in-store, online and omnichannel customer experiences
Analyze existing CX flows at different touch points
Deeply understand customers’ and associates’ pain points
Run quantitative analysis on business metrics to support business case building
Design experiments to improve identity capture and revenue traceability
Support product requirement development where needed
Collaborate in cross-functional meetings partnering with product and UX to conduct CX/UX reviews and sign off on experiments
Facilitate launching identity customer experiences in store and enable store operations to execute well
Monitor product performance, evaluate the outcome and use that to guide product/ experience iterations
Keep leadership up to date on the progress of each identity initiative
Communication and stakeholder management
Develop effective ways of working with partner teams (e.g., Product, design, engineer, TPM, business teams) to drive initiative design and execution
Proactively socialize and share our work and create clarity across teams and stakeholders
Develop Customer Identity Experience strategy
Collaborate within the Identity CX team and partner teams to build vision and strategy on how identity experiences can drive CDI and our partner teams’ goals.
Socialize strategy with different teams and stakeholders to drive clarity and alignment
Build quantitative analysis of different initiatives to support the prioritization process.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
Ideally 3+ years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment.
5+ years developing product strategy and managing product development in corporations
Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
