Senior Manager, Capital Benefit Realization

Position Summary:

This individual will create and manage a process of tracking and validating the benefits associated with capital spend.   They will work with their Capital Strategic Partners to understand what value and benefits were committed by the business.  Work with DDAT delivery to track when projects are completed and what was delivered.  And they will partner with business and finance leaders to report on value realized once the asset has been delivered.  They will consolidate the information gathered to be able to clearly articulate what value, both financial and non-financial, was realized through our investment into capital projects.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years progressive finance, consulting, process improvement, healthcare, or other aligned experienceStrong communication and partnership skillsAbility to turn data and information into a clear storyProven ability to:Manage cross-functional matrixed partners and stakeholdersOversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00


This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
