In this role, you'll play a vital role in overseeing the operations of multiple shop locations, with a primary focus on delivering exceptional results in the areas of revenue growth, bottom line profitability and Quality Standards scores for the Car Care business line. Responsibilities Include (but may not be limited to): + Oversee and support day-to-day operations of assigned Car Care store location(s), managing sales, services, and administrative tasks. + Lead and manage a team of associates (including Technicians, Service Advisors, Assistant and Store Managers) to ensure adherence to AAA Car Care standards and achieve operational efficiency. + Uphold exceptional customer service standards, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. + Develop and maintain external business relationships to drive business growth and enhance ACA's reputation. + Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a competent and productive team. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and corporate policies. + Prepare and manage budgets, monitor facility efficiency, and generate operational reports for management review. + Monitor KPIs and Quality Standards scores, collaborating with the team to exceed customer satisfaction goals. + Stay informed about car care products and AAA's services to enhance member experiences and + drive sales. + Actively contribute to the continuous improvement and success of the Car Care business line. + Other duties as assigned. What you will need to succeed: + Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree. + 7-8+ years of business experience. + 4+ years of supervisory experience. + Must possess and maintain a valid operator’s license; 5 years driving experience with an excellent record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmissions on passenger vehicles and light and medium duty trucks. As a Senior Car Care Manager, we can offer you: + The starting base compensation for this position is $85,905 to $116,084 annually. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location. + Robust health benefit offerings, including Medical Insurance with Prescription Coverage, Dental Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
