\nAs the Senior Manager of CIO Communications, you will help enhance Hilton's reputation, inspire and engage Team Members, and connect owners and partners to Hilton's purpose and business objectives. On the Executive Communications team, reporting to the Senior Director of Executive Communications, you will create a communications strategy for Hilton's Chief Information Officer (CIO). Your primary focus will be to support the CIO in communicating our technology strategy and achievements while energizing and motivating Hilton's world-class Technology organization. Additionally, you will work with Hilton’s PR team to elevate the external positioning of Hilton’s remarkable technical capabilities, showcasing Hilton as a leader in the industry.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
\nYour role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
\nWhat your day-to-day will be like:
\n\nCIO Communications Planning & Strategy: Develop an annual communications plan, partnering with the CIO and Technology Leadership Team to promote Technology’s story, vision, and performance. \nCIO Internal Engagement: Build internal communications, including all CIO materials, emphasizing impactful narrative development and presentation design. Coordinate leader- and Team-Member-focused engagements. \nCIO External Engagement: Partner with Hilton’s PR team and external PR partners on media interviews, speaking engagements, and social media. \nTechnology Communications Support: Provide leader communications support for Hilton engagements related to technology. \n\nHow you will collaborate with others:
\n\nTeam Coordination: Partner with the Technology Leadership Team to identify storytelling opportunities and create messaging that enhances the reputation of the Technology organization and builds upon the Hilton enterprise narrative. \nStrategic Planning: Work with Technology Governance and Program Management to integrate the CIO's perspective in change management plans and communications for major Technology initiatives. \nPartner Management: Represent the interests of the CIO in forums where guidance on communications is necessary. This includes informing messaging and event strategies. \nOn-Site Support: Assist the CIO at internal and external events by developing remarks, presentations, and briefing materials. Collaborate with Hilton's PR team to support the CIO during media interviews.\n\nWhat deliverables you will take ownership of:
\n\nYou will work with the Technology Leadership Team and the Executive Communications team to deliver the CIO’s communications plan, inclusive of core messaging and narrative. \n\nWHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
\nYou have these minimum qualifications:
\n\nSeven (7) years of work experience in strategic communications, organizational communications, employee engagement, visual design and presentation development, or a related field. \nExperience working within technology organizations and managing teams from different disciplines. \nExperience converting technical language into clear and understandable messaging.\nExperience working with a larger global organization, strategic consulting firm, or a mid-to-large communications, PR, or marketing agency. \nTravel up to 25%.\n\nIt would be useful if you have:
