Coca-Cola Creative Studios, an ambitious in-house agency at our global headquarters in Atlanta, GA is part of Visual Content Management Services and delivers strategic creative, digital, and video content for the global Marketing and PACS (Public Affairs, Communications, Sustainability & Strategic Partnerships) group. As a Senior Manager, Client Service, in this single contributor role, you will act as the main point of contact for clients, overseeing high-quality service delivery, excelling in client relationship management and project oversight. In this role, you will partner with creative and operations teams, engage with senior executives, and play a critical role in articulating client needs to bring the vision to life. 

 

What You’ll Do for Us  

 

Build, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Help translate and advocate for these needs with creative and project teams.  

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating both project-based and general communication and ensuring timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and issues. 

Partner with the Director, Agency Operation on the execution of client projects, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget. Act as the central point of coordination for all client-related engagement. 

Partner with the Senior Director, Creative Studios to establish, monitor and evaluate client service performance, utilizing key metrics to drive continuous improvement and accountability. 

Collaborate with the Director of Creative Excellence to help coordinate client engagement sessions and align client expectations, needs, and project status updates. 

Partner with the Director of Creative Excellence to champion high-quality creative execution that exceeds stakeholder expectations. 

Foster an environment that actively seeks feedback from stakeholders to improve the quality of work.  

Lead, mentor, and collaborate across the agency to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.  

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging client needs to provide proactive solutions. 

 

Qualification & Requirements 

 

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 

 5-7 years of experience in client service with experience in communications, public affairs, or sustainability initiatives preferred. 

Prior agency experience required.. 

 Proven track record of leading successful client engagement, managing senior stakeholders and collaborating with creative teams to deliver client expectations.  

 Strong understanding of brand development, communication strategies, and client engagement. 

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. 

 Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrixed organization with commitment to client satisfaction and proven ability to gain client trust. 

 Exceptional people skills and a proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships working with senior stakeholders. 

Solid project management skills with a track record of delivering project milestones on time. 

Well organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Pay Range:

$130,000 - $147,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:

15
