The Senior Manager  Commercial Gx Portfolio ensures that all aspects related to launches, and leads core Gx product lifecycle operational activities meet the Canadian Commercial needs to service our customers. This person will be responsible for leading cross-functional commercially focused teams to ensure IM Launch Lab is updated with relevant information/dates and liaise with cross-functional stakeholders to do so. This role will work alongside Gx Product Marketing to ensure seamless operational excellence, representing the Commercial team throughout the Teva network to ensure we influence the relevant parties for Teva Canada’s interests. Finally, this person will partner with Supply Chain PMOs to monitor each ongoing project, vouch the importance of the project to the appropriate stakeholders when needed to get on time delivery.

 

How you’ll spend your day

Lead Product Lifecycle Management Operations

Co-lead local cross-functional PLCM team to ensure timely product lifecycle strategy execution Liaison with Global In-Line Portfolio, GNPS, and TGO to ensure operational alignment with global and local strategies. Track and manage Portfolio Optimization projects and activities Lead Hypercare process once a product is launched

    
Lead of IM Launch Lab for Canada Gx and Commercial Launch Readiness

Lead Bi-Weekly Commercial/cross-functional launch meetings Key point of contact to ensure smooth Portfolio-to-Marketing Launch handoff Key point of contact with global launch partners to deliver commercial launch readiness requirements, in tandem with local stakeholders. Keep the system updated with relevant updates in a timely manner Liaise with internal team to ensure all dates and status are reflected Ensure post-launch activities are reflected  
 

Reporting & Support

Create and support appropriate reporting to share status of launches, portfolio optimization and other projects as appropriate Manage ad hoc data requests from various functions of the organization      Your experience and qualifications Education: University Degree in Business or Science; Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) Experience: 7+ years minimum related business experience Generic product management experience; Preferred: 10 years related business experience and generic product management experience Project Management, Product Development, launch and Lifecycle Management Experience working directly or cross-functionally in the Canadian generic market, and within a cross-functional global network. Strong MS Office skills particularly in Excel and Powerpoint A keen awareness and understanding of generic products Extensive project management skills, including organizational and multi-tasking. Good presentation and communications skills  Strong ability to build relationships, negotiate and lead with influence across a global environment. Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment Already Working @TEVA?
