Senior Manager, Communications

The Senior Manager, Communications role assists with a wide range of both internal and external communications. This includes (but is not limited to) planning, organizing, writing, and/or editing web and thought leadership content, M&A communications, advertising, proposals, business development collateral, presentations, and a host of internal company communications. The Senior Manager, Communications is an exceptional writer and strong verbal communicator who is an authority on grammar and writing rules and can adapt their style to various platforms and audiences. This role interfaces with a wide variety of company team members to develop high-quality content for the aforementioned activities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Works to understand the company’s core services, overall business, and vision in order to advance its goals through high-quality communications.

Looks for ways to accomplish projects with a high level of creativity.

Maintains and drives the external and internal communications calendars.

Maintains and enforces our company’s brand voice within all communications materials and across all channels.

Develops strong relationships and works with team members at all levels of the organization to develop content for our various communications activities.

Remains up to date on industry topics and trends, as well as best practices related to professional communications and marketing.

Supports the company’s team member engagement culture through developing and publishing content about the brooder organization.

Serves as the primary liaison between all group services and operations teams to collect, schedule, and issue announcements and information.

Supports the facilitation of company-wide informational meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Attendance at work during normal business hours.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, or related field required

Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience in marketing and or communications
