Job Title: Senior Manager
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities
1. Conceptualizing and writing Research & Consultancy proposals and presentation to clients.
2. Developing relevant Research tools for qualitative & quantitative research studies
3. Executing customized projects and service clients on day-to-day basis.
a. To be involved with client right from the start to end
b. Update clients on progress of study on regular basis.
c. Writing report and Present of findings to client
4. Collection & Tracking of customer feedback in order to improve the product & delivery mechanism.
5. Dealing with set of external research and field agencies for B2C and secondary research assignments
a. Monitoring field agency work timely completion and quality check.
b. Briefing & Training of field staff
6. Draw plans for development of junior team members, train & mentor them on research tools & techniques
7. Collaborate with other verticals within the firm and offer Joint Products/Engagement Models on a case-to-case basis.
8. Work seamlessly with support functions like Commercial/Compliance/HR/IT etc.
9. Timely payment collection from clients
People Management Responsibilities
1. Good interpersonal skills to coordinate with various functions
2. Build good relationship with functional leaders and stakeholders
3. Good understanding of the organisation
Professional experience and Competency Profile:
MBA from reputed Business School / Postgraduate in Economics/Statistics with 4-5 years primary research-based consulting experience is essential. Experience of working on B2C research assignments. Candidate with working experience in Consumer research division of MR firms or having exposure in quantitative & qualitative research will be preferred. Knowledge of Real Estate /Retail/ Building Constructions & associated sectors is desirable.
