What is the opportunity?

In this role you will be responsible for product profitability including planning, setting growth objectives and managing key revenue drivers.

What will you do?

Lead the development and implementation of new portfolio management and pricing strategies that will drive increased value for our clients, and drive revenue growth for the portfolioCollaborate with key partners on the development and implementation of acquisition strategies, campaigns, offers, and other related activities that will increase new account volumes and improve activation ratesProvide operational oversight of the credit card portfolio, including effective risk mitigation, control identification and development, and seamless process implementationCollaborate with GRM, SESC, Sales Leaders, P&CB Operations, Information Technology, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Fraud and other functions to increase efficiency, profitability and competitivenessDevelop product strategies aligned to driving growth for the credit card portfolioLead/Act as Sponsor Representative or Business Lead for prioritized credit card initiativesAct as the day-to-day relationship support with Caribbean Airlines (co-brand partner) and also support other cards loyalty solutions provider relationshipsEstablish an End to End (E2E) desired end state for the client and advisor experience, and collaborate with partners to ensure policies, processes, operational capabilities, and fulfillment are setup in a manner to deliver on the desired experience

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

University Degree and extensive related work experienceAt least seven years of credit cards, payment, or recurring payments industry experience with demonstrated financial acumen and experience managing profitabilityAbility to build relationships and strategies to partner with key stakeholders to drive resultsAbility to weigh-out multiple alternatives based on levels of risk and ambiguityAbility to create buy-in for your ideas, have credibility and be able to influence others
