Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Experience. This role is responsible for Cintas’ Voice of Customer and Insight programs across all Cintas business units. These customer-focused programs are designed to provide teams across the organization with an understanding of, recommendations, and strategies for enhancing the experience customers and prospects have with Cintas. As the leader of a Voice of Customer team, this role is responsible for the overall design, management, implementation, analysis, and reporting of VoC programs and delivering strategic insights and direction to the organization and leadership. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efforts across the organization are grounded in relevant customer insight that ultimately drives loyalty and growth from our customers.
Skills/QualificationsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business (Marketing, Market Research, Business Operations, Preferred) 8+ years’ experience and success working in Customer Experience, Loyalty Measurement, Market Research, Customer Success, or another relevant field Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
