Job Description

The Senior Manager, Data Analysis for Walmart's Pharmacy Team will lead a team of data analysts to drive insights and strategy to enhance the pharmacy operations. This role requires a deep understanding of data science, analytics, and the healthcare industry, particularly pharmacy operations.

What You Will Do

Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is highly desirable.Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Understanding of healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA and HITECH, and experience working with sensitive healthcare data - Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to independently analyze complex data sets
