The Corporate Vendor Management (CVM) Data & Insights team is currently seeking a **Senior Manager, Data Governance & Analytics** to lead the implementation and maturation of the CVM data governance and data quality framework and support ongoing improvement in our data analytics capabilities. The Data & Insights team provides data, analytics, and insights to enable CVM stakeholders and our business partners to make informed strategic decisions and drive key outcomes. Data & Insights designs, creates, and maintains reports and dashboards to provide insights into business spend and savings, risk and regulatory areas, and operational metrics.
**What you’ll do:**
The **Senior Manager, Data Governance & Analytics** , will 1) play the lead role in identifying and delivering initiatives to advance CVM’s strategic objectives and roadmap related to data governance, and 2) lead the delivery of analytics projects to support a range of business needs. The role is an individual contributor role, however, this role involves leading cross-functional teams across many stakeholder groups, including our Finance Innovation Team (FIT) and Technology (STS) teams, in addition to CVM teams.
+ Continue the development and implementation of CVM’s Data Governance approach in alignment with Schwab Data Governance policies, standards, and procedures.
+ Collaborate with CVM teams, FIT, STS and other functions to develop a detailed understanding of data needs and current issues.
+ Establish and maintain CVM’s data quality standards, collaborating with CVM and stakeholder teams to ensure adherence.
+ Lead systematic approach to ingest, assess, and resolve data quality issues.
+ Validate business data objects for accuracy and completeness.
+ Design, implement and monitor systematic data quality reviews to safeguard data integrity.
+ Support and conduct data impact assessments for planned changes to key systems and processes.
+ Support the design and delivery of data governance awareness and training, to support increased data literacy and a culture of data stewardship in CVM.
+ Partner with FIT and STS teams to leverage tools to automate underlying data processes where possible in furtherance of CVM’s data quality objectives.
+ Provide ongoing status updates to CVM Leadership and stakeholders to ensure transparency into progress against the CVM Data Governance framework and identification and mitigation of data quality issues.
+ Escalate issues and roadblocks to Data & Insights and CVM leadership.
+ Leverage technical reporting and analytics skills (see ‘What you have’) to support a range of operational, regulatory and analytics needs across CVM.

Required Qualifications:
+ Ability to manage a dynamic workload in alignment with priorities on the CVM Data Governance roadmap.
+ Ability to adapt to changing environment and continuously align to CVM and business partners’ strategic goals and critical needs.
+ Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation and influencing skills.
+ Proven track record of building effective working relationships with senior level business partners and internal / external stakeholders.
+ Proven record of successful delivery of initiatives in the data and analytics discipline.
+ Highly motivated, with demonstrated ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to tailor messages to audience.
+ Strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI
+ 5+ years prior experience with business analysis, with the focus on data analysis and governance.
+ Ability to work independently and succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
+ Strong analytical skills and ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements.
+ BS/BA degree in a related field required (Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, etc).
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with automation and RPA tools e.g. Power Automate, Alteryx, BluePrism/Automate, etc.
+ Experience with Data Governance and/or workflow management systems e.g. Jira, Colibra, Semarchy, etc.

CO Salary Range: USD $87,800 - $195,200 / Year
