Role and Responsibilities

Role & Responsibilities

Manage HE Product Launches PDP activation to allow for purchases of HE products to happen online.  Includes coordinating with SEC, Creative, PM, and eCommerce teams.  Gaps in this process would result in missed sales due to delay of new product launches.Drive deployment of Marketing Landing Pages (MLPs): are a key traffic driver to s.com and provide informational content for people researching product information.Promotional banners include Homepage Key Visuals.  Having an HE representative who can attend eCommerce meetings to drive HE representation and awareness on cross-LOB pages.Monitor site analytics and drive business decisions based on performance.Manage a team of 3 contractors to proactively push the business, communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, and report back to leadership.Collaborate with and correspond with SEC requests to drive compliance and consistency across global sub-regions.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus8-10 years experience in eCommerce or marketing, preferably with analytics and Excel experience, web content management, and project management projects.Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS), Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite of Applications, Jira/Confluence.Fundamental understanding of UX functionality to drive optimal customer experience.Must have strong skills in strategy and planning, budget, merchandising, and marketing along with project management skills and ability to prioritize and communicate across multiple levels of business.Keep abreast of best practices and new tools that might benefit our Marketing efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. Must be able to work with little supervision and be deadline-oriented. Excellent proofreading skills and grammar skills.  Critical eye for consistency and communication effectiveness. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills. Effective analytical, critical thinking, and quantitative problem-solving abilities.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.Planning & organization to manage multiple campaigns and work streams at one timeAttuned to a teamwork environment, fast-paced rhythm, and a results-oriented culture
