Senior Manager of AI Operations & Strategic Partnerships

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Manager of AI Operations & Strategic Partnerships. This pivotal role will oversee our Marketing Joint Business Plan (JBP) partnership process with leading tech partners including Google, Microsoft, and Meta. The Director will serve as the foremost authority on AI within our marketing organization, ensuring our team remains at the cutting edge of AI advancements while proactively exploring and implementing AI use cases across various teams that either improve operational efficiency or fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee JBP Partnerships: Manage and enhance the Marketing JBP partnership process with Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest and other critical media partners, ensuring optimal collaboration and strategic alignment.AI Advocacy: Act as the primary AI expert within the marketing organization, providing continuous updates and insights on AI developments and trends.Innovation in AI: Identify, explore, and drive AI use cases to foster innovation and efficiency within the organization. Find and unearth patterns across groups leveraging AI in marketing to supercharge the organization’s effectiveness and productivity.Strategic Initiatives: Lead and execute strategic initiatives to build and maintain strong partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders.Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with internal teams to integrate AI-driven solutions, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Ensure ethical considerations and data privacy standards are adhered to in AI implementations.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems and workflows.Educate & Inform: AI-related concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A Product Management certification is strongly preferred.Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in a marketing product role, with a proven track record in managing strategic partnerships.

Product and Program Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing complex product and program initiatives.Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts with clarity.Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a meticulous approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to think strategically and execute plans effectively, translating strategies into actionable goals.

Partnership Management: Proven success in building and maintaining strategic partnerships, with a focus on collaboration and mutual benefit
