DAFgiving360™ is an independent nonprofit organization created to increase charitable giving in the U.S. We offer a donor-advised fund program and related philanthropic tools and guidance that empower donors to incorporate charitable planning into their everyday lives and make a bigger difference in the world. DAFgiving360 has entered into a services agreement with Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. for administrative and other services, including human resources. This position will be an employee of Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. and will be subject to its policies and procedures but will report to and be accountable to DAFgiving360 for day-to-day activities.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial minded and passionate Digital Solution Senior Product Manager to lead our efforts around a consolidated desktop and future rep experience and improvements to our main platforms which include Salesforce FSC, Giving360, NICE, MyQ along with other supporting applications. In this role, you will support an already established roadmap and determine ways to support rep interactions with these platforms through improved experiences. You will be required to drive the vision and roadmap of how improved methods will be done and lead projects to ensure successful execution. The role will report into a Senior Manager on the DAFgiving360 Digital Solutions team and includes working with Strategy, Project Management, Data, Knowledge Management and other teams to gain buy-in. You will work closely day to day with different product owners to do cross-functional planning in DAFgiving360 and greater Schwab to stay aligned. Also, partner with our UX team to be design-led, and work closely with our technology partners to drive a large-scale employee experience effort that support all processes of DAFgiving360 core business.
The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a growing digital team, working in a fast-paced environment, have demonstrable experience of working with an agile mindset, have strong analytical skills, and have experience with many different technology platforms. This role requires a curious mindset, a strong solutions-oriented view and ability to forge relationships with many internal and external partners.
In this role the Senior Manager will:
+ Collaborate with other Digital Solutions Product Managers and Owners to implement solutions that improve the employee journeys including service and operations support of granting, contributing, and investing to increase productivity. Also being aware of impacts to business development, charitable consulting and marketing usage in Salesforce FSC.
+ Analyze and understand existing tools (proprietary and third party) and workflows to effectively implement holistic and efficient digital solutions improve and to manage all business processes.
+ Collaborate with technology leads and architects; ensuring data flows accurately and consistently and adding automation wherever possible.
+ As the primary liaison between stakeholders and development team, you’ll facilitate Design Thinking workshops and stakeholder meetings, create a shared understanding with stakeholders, engage team-members to gather and understand requirements and create an environment of consensus building across teams.
+ Manage DAFgiving360 development efforts of 1-2 scrum teams and collaborate with other Digital Solution scrum teams across Schwab: Writing user stories and/or epics, refining the backlog, overseeing the QA and UAT process, accountable for sprint readiness and delivery.
+ Partner with Training and end users (managers and change champions) to implement robust field readiness plan for all changes, implementations and enhancements.
+ Ability to create and/or understand Journey Mapping and creating Future State experiences.
+ Provide timely and proactive production support to users. You will own what you build once in production.
+ Provide regular cross-functional and senior management updates
**What you have**
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s Degree
+ 5 years managing a CRM and/or Salesforce FSC experience.
+ 8 years of prior functional experience as a Product Manager/Owner.
+ Experience writing user stories, vertically slicing features, backlog refinement and maintaining Scrum backlogs.
+ Experience in Agile/Scrum and JIRA.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Passion for charitable giving and client service excellence.
+ A strong commitment to always be making it better for the Donor by focusing efforts on improving the rep experience and external facing teams.
+ A customer-centric approach to all aspects of the project and experience journey mapping, design thinking workshops, agile best practices, and modern software practices.
+ Design Thinking understanding and a passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring more holistic solutions that help the customer.
+ Must be a driven self-starter, extremely detailed and analytical, and have a curious mind that enjoys digging into how things work and continuously strives to enhance the process.
+ A talent for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, learning new skills and methodologies.
+ Comfort in a dynamic, fast-moving and collaborative work environment, with a positive attitude and solid work ethic.
+ Experience on a digital product team and conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops.
+ Experience working in a truly agile environment with a passion for always trying to be more agile and learn from each sprint.
+ Experience in building partnerships, mobilizing and motivating teams, influencing others at all levels of an organization, and driving change to effectively deliver on projects in a cross-functional environment.
+ Ability to lead decision making through influence, with the ability to make sound decisions in the best interest of the client as needed throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Excellent storytelling, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts with clarity and precision both written and verbally.
+ Familiarity with workflow or financial tools and data is a plus – Financial Advisor experience or contribution experience is desired.
+ Experience with business and rep tools (Visio, iGraphx, Powerpoint/Keynote, Mural, or etc.).
+ Prior exposure to the financial industry will set you apart.
