Senior Manager, E-Commerce Merchandising
Reporting to the Asst. Director of Ecommerce, the Senior Manager of Ecommerce Merchandising will support all ecommerce business needs including site merchandising, execution of the seasonal marketing calendar and reporting, all while utilizing analytics and data to drive all decision making. Additional responsibilities to fulfill include:
Merchandising
Merchandising of categories to align with sales performance, marketing efforts, product launches, markdowns, promotions, RTVs
Ensure all products are tagged accurately and flow into the correct category pages
Utilize reporting to speak to Best Seller collections and what styles are featured across the site
Find opportunities to support lower sales driven products across the site
Updating Tagging/Categorization and all other concessions as needed throughout a products life cycle
Execute on updates to navigation, filters, product recommendations and other category adjustments
o building curated categories, promo categories etc.
Oversee filters in collection pages across the site to ensure proper set up and usability
Work with Asst. Director to develop and execute on site search strategy based on reporting's
New seasonal launches & deliverables
o Assist team with end-to-end QA of new product launches
o Monitor inventory ETA dates to ensure there are enough styles with inventory to message New Arrivals
Collaborate with Assistant Director in identifying and executing on key story telling moments throughout the year that best highlight product offering
Markdowns & Sale Periods
o Merchandise all sale product in the Sale collection and at the bottom of all other collections
Work closely with Ecomm team to discover new tools and features to better drive conversion and discoverability online
Daily Site QA
Consistently scrub entire site, completing a QA checklist daily (especially during promo periods) and making updates if issues are found

Email Marketing
Monitor Back in Stock email performance & sends
Support email marketing team with campaigns from conceptualization to set up and deployment

Product Inventory & Launches
Partner with buying and warehouse teams to track priority product ETAs
Assist in promo strategy and oversee promotion execution online and in marketing efforts

Creative Briefing
Join creative calls and briefing meetings (mainly for a visibility & exposure to other teams), help to flag if items will not be available, became delayed etc
Collaborate with Assistant Director in briefing new photo shoots for site and marketing initiatives

Website Content
Responsible for coordinating and QA-ing content updates (homepage, landing pages, checkout etc.) to the website

Website Functionality
Partner extremely closely with Ecommerce Operations and Customer Service team to identify areas of the site that need improvement or are not working properly (both on the front end & back end)
Work closely with developers to find ways to better optimize internal site processes
Help Ecommerce Operations to QA site updates and new features before and after they get pushed to the live site

Reporting
Support overall ecommerce team on reporting needs
o Weekly product performance/ site behavior reporting
o Weekly high level reporting
o Monthly and annual hindsight reporting
Responsible for about of the deck
Takes the initiative of setting up the template, aligning with Head of Ecom on timeline and sending to the team to get started and with deliverable date into
o Ad-hoc reports for any sales, product drops, initiatives etc.
o Daily monitoring of performance and adjusting merch strategy to accommodate where we see opportunities
