 Purpose:  

As a Senior Manager, eCommerce, and reporting to the Director of E-commerce, you’ll lead a team while working cross-functionally to implement eCommerce best practices including merchandising, promotional strategies, SEO tactics, digital content management, conversion rate optimization, and more.

This position is a centralized touchpoint that connects digital initiatives between E-commerce to Marketing, Innovation, Technology, and Analytics.

Location: This position will be located at our Corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA, with work-from-home flexibility on Fridays. 

Responsibilities:  

Own online merchandising efforts such as product categorization, search strategies, and product content. Oversee site content strategy and execution, including homepage, PLPs, and landing pages. Develop strategies and tactics to drive volume, customer engagement, and profit for respective categories on Edible.comWork closely with agency partners on SEO/discoverability strategies and tacticsActively analyze the business to provide meaningful insights into performance – assessing category, customer, and shopping behavior through the digital channelPlan and launch promotions: working with the creative services and technology teams to get the appropriate marketing messages, products, categories, and landing pages uploaded to the sitePartner with UX and development teams to implement new site experiences from conception to delivery. Coordinate category specific initiatives cross-functionally to drive revenueMonitor and conduct site audits and analyses for accuracyWork closely with key business stakeholders at to conceptualize new ideas based on business objectives and goals from the organizationBring ideas to the table! Yes, we are looking for someone to help bring our concepts to reality, but we are also looking for an individual who will draw from their own experiences and insights to consistently enhance and improve our technology by bringing new ideasProject manage 100% of your work 100% of the time, from concept development and design through completionBe a category expert and "go to" person by their cross-functional partners

Requirements: 

5+ years of B2C/D2C eCommerce experienceFamiliarity with eCommerce platforms and CMS systems (e.g. Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce, etc)Ability to effectively manage through and deliver on competing priorities, demonstrating change agility.Office and reporting systems savvy, Google/Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel + Powerpoint, Power BI, experienceBachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or relevant area
