Senior Manager, Employee Engagement (m/f/d)

The Senior Manager, Employee Engagement (m/f/d) will support business leaders and teams in the development of global communications strategies, materials and activities to inform and engage employees across the organization as well as specific target audiences. Included in these responsibilities is serving as the communications partner to the Compliance team in their enterprise-wide mandate to ensure every employee across our company lives up to our Code of Conduct, Compliance standards and our Core Values. Additionally, this role will serve as communications partner to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) team. As part of the Internal & Employee Engagement Communications Team within Global Communications, this role will be a dynamic opportunity to work on an international team.

Your assignment:

Development, alignment, and implementation of global strategic and tactical communications campaigns, materials and activitiesProvide strategic consultancy and support to business leadersDesign and creation of communications toolkits for executives, leaders and managersDesign and execution of engaging internal events and activitiesCreation and publication of content for our internal channels such as intranet, emails, town halls, company newsletters, etc.Content development across all format types – copy, graphics, video, etc. – including the planning and coordination with our in-house creative agency as well as potential external partner agenciesProvisions above apply to driving and supporting strategic communications for: the Global Compliance Team and the Chief Compliance Officer, particularly in support of Global Compliance Week and the goal of keeping ethics and integrity top of mind across the organization throughout the year, and the DE&I team in support of progress and observances

Your profile:

Graduate degree in public relations, communications and/or journalismMinimum 8+ years of professional experience in journalism or corporate communications on agency or (preferably) company sideExperience in developing strategic communications plans and campaignsConfident and convincing when working with representatives at all hierarchical levels in an international environmentStrong editorial experienceUnderstanding of business context and working in matrix organizationPositive, open-minded and a mindset of continuous growth and developmentAbility to think strategically and develop strategic communication plans that support business goalsExperience with writing for various audiences and understanding what resonates with employeesAdept at working with executives and senior leadership to provide guidance and direct communications activitiesProject management skills and ability to meet deadlines in dynamic, fast-paced work environmentValues collaboration and working with and across teamsUnderstanding of business contextExtremely well organized, pragmatic and with a can-do attitudeIntercultural communication skillsExpertise in working with relevant communications instruments and channelsGood sense of humorFluent in English (written and spoken)
