Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management
Our GFL team is expanding, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Change Management to join our North American team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the development and execution of the enterprise change management strategy, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of major enterprise projects. This role requires a visionary leader with extensive experience in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

A “Day in the Life" of a Senior Manager – Enterprise Change Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise change management strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall strategic roadmap and supports transformation initiatives.Create and maintain an enterprise change management playbook that outlines a comprehensive Change Management plan for all enterprise projects.Act as the Change Management lead on major enterprise projects, ensuring that change initiatives are effectively integrated into project plans and executed to achieve desired outcomes.Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads, and key stakeholders to communicate change objectives, identify impacts, and foster buy-in across the organization.Design and implement change management training programs to equip teams with the skills needed to navigate organizational changes successfully. Build out tools and guides on change management best practices and methodologies to guide project teams in managing change effectively.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management initiatives and provide regular updates to executive management.Work closely with project managers, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment of change management practices with enterprise objectives.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) preferred.6+ years of experience in change management, with a proven track record of leading successful enterprise-wide initiatives.Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in project management and familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
