Job Summary

The Senior Brand Manager for Epic Pass, is a passionate brand steward and high-potential brand leader responsible for translating the Epic Pass brand strategy into tangible marketing executions, growing brand awareness, and developing an emotional guest connection to the brand. This person will work in strong partnership with the Pass business team and our in-house creative team to deliver world-class go-to-market campaigns. This position will support the Director of Epic Pass Brand Marketing in all facets of the Epic Pass brand and creative strategy, and will lead a team of brand execution specialists. This role is intended for individuals who crave ownership, thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment, communicate clearly and concisely, have a consistent track record in driving results through data-centric strategies, and want to solve the most critical business problems.

Job Responsibilities

Support the Brand Director in all facets of the core Epic Pass, Regional Pass products, and Specialty Pass Products Manage and mentor a team of three (3), two (2) Brand Managers and one (1) Senior Specialist with focused approach towards professional development and building a high-performing team environment Oversee Epic Pass go-to-market campaigns across email, paid media, video, out of home, social, direct mail, and more • Lead governance and protection of brand standards and guidelines, and ensure all execution efforts properly adhere Lead the Brand Team in developing creative briefs for both internal creative team as well as external creative agency partner(s); manage agency relationships Direct creation of seasonal campaigns, style guides, and various other executions of how the brand is represented across all mediums Appropriately and strategically position and optimize brand, campaign, and creative strategy in order to grow overall brand awareness and deliver business results Maintain a deep understanding of business objectives, strategies and opportunities, and the competitive landscape Anticipate future trends and develop out-front strategy towards the forward-looking evolution of brands and creative Partner with cross-functional teams to guide brand strategy for combining Epic Pass with parallel brands Partner with Guest Insights Team to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand how guests interpret or connect with the brand Inspire and develop team members and consumers to be ambassadors and advocates of the brand(s)

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree. Degree in marketing or related field preferred; emphasis on brand or creative strategy a plus 8+ years of relevant brand stewardship experience including proven ability to successfully lead and oversee critical projects and multi-faceted efforts Demonstrates exceptional project/program management and analytical skills with the ability to identify and understand complex problems, make decisions, create plans and solutions to take action Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders Experience with leading both direct reports and partner teams through brand and creative direction, from project conception through execution Experience working directly with and providing direction to Creatives (designers, art directors, etc) as well as external agencies Experience supporting and working with leadership teams in a business environment Technology advocate and highly proficient in MS Office applications Preferred Experience with one-to-one personalization and programmatic advertising a plus Continuously adapts to changes and effectively navigates through ambiguity; decides and acts without having the picture totally defined; appropriately changes one’s strategy in response to new information Strong systems thinking generates new thoughts and opportunities; has ability to build on strategic and innovative thoughts/ideas Drives for results – makes things happen and conveys a sense of urgency. Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) a plus

 

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $103,596.30 - $140,119.44 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
