We are seeking an Associate Director, Learning & Development to help accelerate the impact of our most senior leaders to drive Campbell's vision of becoming a Leadership Powerhouse. In this role, you will deliver on our Accelerate to Win programs, which are designed to develop bench for our most senior executive positions.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated exceptional facilitation skills with C-Suite executives in previous roles.
Responsibilities:
Instructional Design
Advises and takes counsel from Business and Human Resources across the Company to identify, assess and evaluate evolving learning and performance enhancement needs
Partners with Human Resource teams and Business to develop needs assessment for training and development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the Company’s goals and objectives.
Design in-house scalable solutions that include a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training, 1:1 session, action learning & E-Learning
Execution & Evaluation
Creates, identifies, and/or conducts job specific training, diversity and inclusion training, managerial training, leadership programs, and mentoring programs, etc.
Focus on delivering high impact training that maximizes learner participation, comprehension and application of the material utilizing technology, interaction, and innovative tactics
Creates and manages a robust portfolio of world-class learning and development programming that enables strategic direction of organization
Be the go-to Learning expertise resource & Performance Consultant
Assesses the success of learning programs; offers alternatives when appropriate; and helps employees make the most of learning and advancement opportunities
Assist HR leadership in continually building bench-strength of leadership by determining needs through talent assessment, succession planning and individual development plans
Change Management & Adoption
Builds demand for learning solutions through innovative content marketing strategies
Evangelizes a culture of learning and development to enhance employee knowledge, skills, and abilities, and leadership qualities at every level, to improve productivity, teamwork, and the Company’s overall performance, including identifying and incorporating best practices and lessons learned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors (Masters preferred) in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Leadership/Organizational Development, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of Human Resources, Learning and Development or Organizational Effectiveness experience preferably in best-in-class talent and learning organization
Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills
Proven track record of innovation and program building within a large, ever-evolving organization
Strong Stakeholder management & influencing skills
Results oriented, independent thinker with strong customer focus.
Strong command of MS Office Tools
Experience with Workday Learn & other Best in class Learning & Development tools is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$105,000-$172,200Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
