Job Description:
The role is ideally based in North America and the incumbent manages the need of Executive clients, special projects, annual rewards processes (AVP, GL merit) and cross-team support). Periodic travel is required.
What are we looking for?Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent work experienceFormal Rewards Qualification desirable (e.g., World at Work)7+years’ experience of Rewards/HR experience and a recognised expert in the field of RewardsProven global and diverse perspective with experience across major regions and multiple countries is neededCollaborates with multi-cultural and remote peers/ project teamsExceptional organization skills and ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously in dynamic environmentStrong analytic skills with an interest in leveraging IT functionality to drive standardization / add business valueProven expertise in working with senior leaders and project management skillsAbility to communicate with multiple levels in the organizationGeneralist HR skills and experience would be a considerable advantage to provide the insights of how global mandates land in local business units.What will be your key responsibilities?Provide expert consultancy to Region/Segment on all executive compensation matters, including business drivers, specialty incentive plan development, and individual and group retention issuesContribute to the deployment of Mars Inc.
