Act as a strategic thought-leadership role requiring strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities to drive sizable, complex, cross functional results. Our Pantry business includes Snacks, Beverages, Meals, Intl, Sauces, & Condiments, Breakfast, Baking & Commodities. Our CAC business includes Frozen foods, Adult beverages, Dairy and Candy, Convenience, Fuel.
Supporting the entire Walmart US segment, the role requires a broad understanding across the entire business to enable input into all major financial decisions and will often be required to work in matrixed situations.
The ability to challenge all aspects of the business in delivering improved performance whilst maintaining strong working relationships is key to success in this role. Additionally, the ability to understand business trends, foresee financial opportunities and risks, and effectively influence business results is an important part of the everyday.

Building Strategic Relationships – Maximize relationships areas to collaborate on choices, expediate business decisions, and quickly action when needed

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.3+ years’ experience in Analytics, Planning, Business Management, Omni-Channel Merchandising, or a related area1+ years of experience leading and completing cross-functional projects1+ years of senior leadership decision support and influencing experienceStrong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlinesStrong influencing and interpersonal skillsDetail and results-oriented with sense of urgencyBenefits & Perks

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
