Senior Manager, Finance Business Partnering

**Role Purpose**
Reviews and analyzes hotel performance and advises Management Team on performances against KPIs. Liaise between hotels and regional corporate offices on month end, long term plans, budgeting and forecasting aspects. Maximizes profitability of hotels through benchmarking / best practices and ensures sound controls and accounting standards are in place as per company Policy & Procedures to safeguard assets and return to the owners.
Including franchise and un-branded hotels management.
**Your day to day**
+ Review and analyze Long Term and Annual Plans for hotels to ensure accuracy and attainability, while challenging hotel teams as needed.
+ Monitor hotel performance using IHG management tools and key indicators to maximize returns, and collaborate with pre-opening teams to ensure compliance with IHG standards.
+ Drive compliance with IHG Hotel Accounting policies, implement Internal Audit recommendations, and strengthen control environments to minimize errors.
+ Share innovative profit sources and best practices, support owner interactions for business alignment, and oversee succession planning and talent development within the region..
**What we need from you**
+ Collaborative team player with strong business acumen and change management skills, complemented by a solid understanding of Labor and Employment Regulations.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
+ Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within a multi-unit environment, or equivalent education and work experience.
+ Preferred qualifications include a degree in accounting, economics, or commerce, along with professional accounting certifications (e.g., CPA).

**Hybrid schedule - 3 days in office**
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $130,000 and this job is also eligible for bonus pay. We also offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and any other benefits to eligible employees.
