We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation to join Procore’s Finance, Strategy & Operations (FSO) team. In this role, you’ll focus on our quote-to-cash processes and partner with key FSO, IT and Revenue stakeholders to find quick wins, lead strategic transformation initiatives and deploy scalable long term process and technology solutions for our complex and growing business.
As a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation, you’ll partner with FSO team members within the quote-to-cash cycle (Deal Desk, Order Management, Revenue Accounting, Accounts Receivable) and cross functional partners in Financial Systems, Revenue Systems and Revenue Operations to help drive revenue growth and improve overall operational efficiency through business processes, systems and insight improvements. Collaborate and lead change management initiatives to establish industry-leading quote-to-cash processes by applying your business process expertise and inquisitive approach. This position reports to the VP, Finance Operations and will be based remotely or in one of Procore’s U.S.-based office locations. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Build relationships with colleagues to understand their processes and find opportunities for improvement. Understand Procore's quote-to-cash process and support related business process and technology enhancements.
Work with cross-functional and technical teams to proactively identify, understand, and address the changing needs of finance stakeholders. Ensure alignment by clarifying roles and processes when uncertainty or ambiguity arises.
Manage, track and report on success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business process improvement projects and ensure delivery of business value.
Guide stakeholders through change by providing tools and insights to facilitate transformation journeys.
Oversee, guide, and develop finance operations analysts within the Finance Transformation team who support quote-to-cash processes.
What we’re looking for:
7+ years of experience working in or supporting finance operations, including roles such as business analyst, business systems analyst or related experience transforming finance business processes and systems.
Experience at and/or with a publicly traded company is required; SaaS experience is preferred.
BA/BS degree in business with focus in finance, accounting, information technology, or equivalent experience
Change and/or project management certification or experience with change management strategies and concepts
Experience with change management strategies and concepts; change or project management certification preferred
Extensive experience leading and managing substantial finance transformation projects, encompassing strategic planning, process redesign, systems implementation, and change management. Demonstrated ability to successfully drive large-scale initiatives that optimize financial operations, enhance efficiency, and deliver measurable value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences within a matrixed organization.
Strong influencing skills balanced with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
Ability to mentor and support individual contributors to reach their full potential.
Additional InformationBase Pay Range $144,000 - $198,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
