Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager to assist with digital ERP implementations. This senior manager will start with an SAP migration from SAP ECC to SAP 4 Hana for a large nuclear energy enterprise within the GTA area. The candidate we're looking for does not need SAP experience, but only a desire to work on digital ERP implementations such as an SAP migration. This role does require experience within strong financial planning and analysis. This role will also require managing a small team, but does not require previous people management skills. This team will be running in 3 weeks sprints, and will this individual will be responsible for communication with IT and business. They will be responsible for stakeholder management, and working with high level executives. They will be working with the system integration team to figure out what the finance team needs to provide to assist with the integration and assisting with advisory within the SAP migration. Skills and Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience working within Financial Planning and Analysis with financial modeling experience * Proven ability to optimize financial processes and implement practical solutions within large organizations. * Strong understanding of finance processes and strong analytical skills. * Ability to translate business requirements into actionable steps for ERP system implementations and desire to work on digital ERP implementations and guide cross functional teams being the financial subject matter expert. * Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to engage effectively with technical and non-technical teams. * 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or business operations. * Coached or mentored junior members - People management skills - Experience previously as an Accountant * Professional designation such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is highly preferred. * Understands business process and finance functionalities within SAP environment * User experience with SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana and went through an implementation *  ERP systems experience with SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana * SAP FICO experience (accounting module knowledge) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
