About the role:
Strategic Partnership – Cultivate strong relationships with executives and business leaders.Business Influence – Provide fact-based recommendations and influence decision-making.Financial Impact Analysis – Assess operational risks and opportunities to inform planning.Executive Communication – Deliver clear and compelling insights to senior stakeholders.Financial Analysis – Conduct deep analytics to evaluate business trends and performance.Financial Reporting – Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports.Planning & Forecasting – Lead annual planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.Process Improvement – Automate and enhance financial tools and reporting processes.Financial Modeling – Develop integrated financial models and perform scenario analyses.Leadership & Coaching – Guide finance team members on best practices and analytics.Project & Ad Hoc Support – Manage financial analysis for new initiatives and cost-saving projects.Decision Support – Provide business analytics to drive insights and strategic recommendations.About you:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.5+ years in financial planning, analysis, or business finance.Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.Proficiency in Excel, financial reporting tools, and ERP systems.Ability to assess risks, identify opportunities, and support decision-making.Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.Deep understanding of financial drivers and business operations.Experience in automation, streamlining financial processes, and system enhancements.Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal guidance.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
