Job Description Summary:
As a true Frontline Marketing Manager equipped by breadth and depth of experience/knowledge, you need to live the growth behaviors and act with an open & growth mindset to inspire bottlers and Marketing team with high level of trust.
What You’ll Do for Us
To contribute CCTM marketing strategy development and support Frontline Marketing Director, including:
- Bottler’s alignment on Marketing strategies & integration of plans (partnered with Franchise and C&CL),
- To identify & prioritize the big bets in market Frontline marketing strategy and insights to support segmented marketing approach in terms of geographic & channel perspective.
- Localization and real-time amplification of campaigns (through IMX).
- Brand activation: experiential, POS (supported by IMX).
- Support the system in customer marketing.
- Regional DME allocation and spending, including ATL & BTL.
- Agency management.
- Shamelessly apply best practice from other markets, including CBL, SCCL, and other OU team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Degree qualified. Proven track record of leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders Relevant experience in consumer marketing or operation. Fluent verbal and written English and MandarinLocated in Shanghai – 20%-25% travelSkills:
