Senior Manager, FSQA Program Compliance FR Quality-Food Safety-Regulatory - Corporate Remote, 3301 N Dallas, Lancaster, Texas, United States of America Req #748 Saturday, February 22, 2025 **This role pays between $120,000 to $150,000 depending on experience.** We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic **Senior Manager of FSQA (Food Safety & Quality Assurance) Program Compliance** to lead the centralization and optimization of compliance programs across all FreshRealm sites. This role will be instrumental in driving standardization, enhancing efficiency, and leveraging data insights to improve compliance trends and operational effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities:** **Centralize and Streamline Program Compliance** + Standardize FSQA compliance programs across all sites, including pest control, sanitation, chemicals, environmental monitoring, documentation, allergen control, auditing, licenses and permits, and remote temperature monitoring. + Conduct a thorough site-by-site analysis to assess current compliance practices, identify gaps in standardization, and develop a cohesive compliance framework. + Optimize resource allocation by eliminating disparate site-level programs and leveraging organizational scale for cost efficiencies. + Work with third-party provider subject matter experts to quantify compliance trends and proactively address downward trends, enhancing data-driven decision-making and maximize program impact. **Crisis Management** + Standardize processes for handling common escalations to ensure swift, consistent decision-making and reduce subjectivity in escalations. + Serve as Recall Coordinator to ensure food safety by developing and implementing food safety plans and managing recall events. **Compliance Monitoring & Reporting** + Develop a system for tracking, measuring, and reporting FSQA program compliance metrics across all locations. + Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. + Provide executive leadership with regular compliance reports, highlighting risks, trends, and opportunities for enhancement. **Stakeholder Collaboration & Training** + Partner with site leaders, operations teams, and FSQA personnel to ensure consistent implementation of compliance programs. + Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate teams on standardized compliance procedures. + Foster a culture of proactive compliance management and continuous improvement. **Qualifications & Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Food Science, Public Health, or a related field (Master’s preferred). + Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in FSQA compliance, program management, or a related field within the food industry. + Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices. + Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale program implementations. + Ability to analyze complex data sets and leverage insights for program optimization. + Experience with vendor management and negotiations to drive cost savings and efficiency. + Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. + Experience with compliance monitoring technology and analytics platforms is a plus. **Why Join Us?** This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to drive significant improvements in FSQA compliance, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
