You will report in to the Sr. Director, ACG Apparel & Accessories and Manage two direct reports. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We’re looking for a Senior Manager for ACG Apparel **.** The ideal candidate is someone who’s able to interpret consumer and market insights and translate that into strong product briefs and line plans, as well as provide leadership through key product deliverables. The candidate should be a phenomenal communicator (written and verbal), organizationally sound, with the ability to think strategically and translate product insights into a future vision.This role will lead the Trail Run and Hike team and manage two direct reports. What you bring: + 8+ years of related experience in retail, sales, product, merchandising, sport, music, art, trend, fashion, media or influence-related industries + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience or training + Passionate about leading and growing talent. + Can cultivate and maintain positive relationships with Product Creation teams, Global merchants, Brand team and other key partners + 1-2 years direct or indirect people management experience + Deep understanding of the Trail Running and Hiking Outdoor market and landscape. + Experience creating technical Performance apparel and working with professional athletes. + Creativity and a strong passion for product + Ability to identify trends and forecast trend cycles in sport and culture. + Proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results + An appreciation for fashion, style and art + Outstanding attention to details and deadlines + Strong organizational skills + Ability to tell compelling stories + Travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** In this role, you will join the larger ACG Apparel team, where we strive to create and live a culture of diversity, equity and inclusivity.
