Senior Manager, Global Brand Social

Job Description

Procore is seeking a dynamic and strategic marketing leader with a background in social media to join our Brand Marketing team as Senior Manager, Global Brand Social. This role will lead the development and implementation of holistic global brand social media strategies in support of brand marketing goals, objectives, and campaigns while operating as an effective and collaborative leader across a matrixed global landscape. This leader will have the opportunity to blend strategy, systems thinking, and creativity in order to set the vision and overall direction of Procore’s social media strategies while also partnering closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies and process improvements at scale. 

This is a highly visible and critical role, and it’s an exciting opportunity for a brand-building expert with a proven track record of leading impactful social media strategies and initiatives to join our team of brand advocacy leaders. 

This position is an Individual Contributor with contractor and agency support, and it reports directly to the Director of Brand Advocacy.

What You’ll Do: 

Lead the development and execution of Procore’s Global Brand Social Media vision, championing the impact of social marketing strategies across the organizationBuild and implement an enablement model for global management of social media efforts with a focus on optimizing scalable internal processes and the cultivation of strong partnershipsDrive the creation of social-first activations designed to support brand marketing goals and accrue to business impactDefine goals and success metrics, analyze performance metrics, regularly identifying and sharing insights & opportunities for optimization and improvement Define content and editorial strategy in partnership with XFN partners ensuring complimentary brand storytelling across channels Monitor, evaluate and implement social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously optimize Procore's social media presenceStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities for proactive engagement and thought leadershipLead, manage, and partner with social media agencies and contractors 

What we’re looking for:

8+ years of experience in managing marketing, social media, or campaign strategies, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment with a proven track record of developing strategies that drive resultsStrong understanding of brand marketing and social media metrics and the ability to connect them back to business impactOutstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail, creativity and innovationA strong understanding of organic social media best practices, platforms, channels, listening, and reportingTop-notch relationship-building skills and a bias for collaborationAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively while navigating with optimism through ambiguityA true self-starter, results-driven with a focus on measurable impact; must prioritize impact over activity and be comfortable being proactive and autonomous in all facets of the role

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $144,000 - $198,000. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
