a day in the life

The Senior Manager, Global Corporate Security is responsible for driving strategy for security & safety compliance requirements for Global SSCs and internal & guest facing global brand events. This person will also be responsible for managing escalations for Global SSC incidents related to people safety and security, including the design and implementation of risk operation plans for executive security and safety services, including CEO, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Director. 


Manage and lead a team of onsite security and safety specialists across global SSCs.Oversee compliance and implementation of security measures, including market assessments, deployment, and maintenance of security technology, for existing and new SSCs.Review and assess travel risks for Executives (CEO, SLT, Board), creating operational plans for in-person support services in each market, including high-risk environments.Develop and maintain a global incident response plan in partnership with Business Resilience, managing incidents impacting SSC physical sites and remote employees, and providing security and safety support.Develop and lead risk mitigation and incident response planning for global brand events (guest-facing and internal), managing security and safety events and minimizing business disruptions.Lead corporate office health and safety programs to meet or exceed local OH&S regulations, ensuring ongoing compliance.Develop and maintain physical security strategies for corporate sites globally, including security system technology and external security measures.Lead sensitive corporate investigations into fraud, corruption, dishonesty, and policy violations, and collaborate on proactive monitoring and fraud detection strategies with relevant business units.


qualifications  10+ years of progressive leadership in senior global corporate security, enterprise risk management for security events, operational risk mitigation planning and deployment in high-risk countries, and multi-country occupational health & safety regulatory compliance and reporting.Preferred experience in government, law enforcement, or military roles.

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from  $134,100-$176,000 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

workplace arrangement


This role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
