Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive. **Your day at NTT DATA** The Senior Manager, Global HR Services oversees the global HR Shared Service function for NTT Global Data Centers, overseeing teams and services in Americas, EMEA, APAC and India. Responsible for developing and implementing best practices to systematically scale global HR Shared Services operations, playing a critical role in enhancing the employee experience. The Senior Manager, Global HR Services will collaborate cross-functionally to identify constraints and root causes in the service delivery model and implement innovative solutions to improve procedures, streamline processes and provide exceptional support to internal customers such as employees, managers and Human Resources. **What you'll be doing** ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES + Leads a team of domestic and international HR Shared Service team members across Americas, EMEA, APAC and India. + Develops and executes a strategic plan to scale and optimize HR Shared Service operations in partnership with the HRIS function, leveraging technology to streamline and enhance the employee experience. + Partners with cross-functional teams such as HRIS, Total Rewards, HRBPs, HR Regulatory, IT to ensure compliance with all applicable policies, rules, regulations and laws at the local, state and federal level pertaining to data administration, data privacy, employee confidentiality and employee support activities. + Partners with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and adherence to Company policies and procedures. + Research and implement process improvements to reduce error, increase efficiency, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and priorities. + Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving ongoing enhancements by identifying service delivery constraints, analyzing root causes, and implementing innovative solutions based on comprehensive data insights and key performance indicators. + Create trainings and/or communications to educate the business and/or employees on trending issues. + Reviews and/or creates all communications regarding HR Shared Service activities. + Maintains strict confidentiality, ensuring security of any employee data, reports and other documentation. + Effectively manages a team, their resources, development, and overall performance. + Provides direction and supervises team through effective coaching and performance management. + Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES + Demonstrates subject matter expertise with implementing and enhancing case management and knowledge articles. + Strong knowledge and understanding of data management principles, process and best practices. Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, including CPRA, GDPR, etc. + Possess strong HR Shared Services acumen with focus on exceptional customer service. + Ability to think critically, problem solve and take an analytical approach to work with close attention to detail. + Ability to remain open-minded and self-confident with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Proven and effective leadership skills. + Thorough knowledge of international, federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations for each jurisdiction where employees work and reside. + Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with peer leaders and individuals at all levels of the organization. + Ability to effectively translate concepts for a lay audience and to proactively inform, influence and educate executives, cross-functional stakeholders and team members. + Superior oral and written communication skills. + Ability to be highly confidential. + Proficient with computers to include the utilization of Microsoft programs such as Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. + Ability to work in a team environment. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field or equivalent education and/or work experience. + Requires at least 7 years of progressive experience overseeing global HR Shared Services supporting EMEA, APAC, India and the Unites States required. + Experience must include implementation, support and maintenance of Case Management systems, specifically Workday or Service Now. + Experience transforming a global HR Shared Services function to maximize automation, scalability and sustainability while enhancing the employee experience through easy-to-use tools and accessible knowledge articles and information. + Experience in continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, to drive transformative change and operational efficiencies. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS + Primarily sitting with some walking, standing, and bending. + Able to hear and speak into a telephone. + Close visual work on a computer terminal. + Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate any required computer keyboard, mouse, and other technical instruments. + Able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS + Extensive daily usage of workstation or computer. + This role is expected to be remote with an occasional need to be on-site in a shared space. + Must satisfactorily pass company-required background check process. _This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity._ _A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable._ NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $ 145,800.00 - $ 170,400.00. All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
