Job Summary
We’re looking for a data-driven leader to support the future of analytics in our InnerCircle loyalty program with millions of members across the United States. This opportunity allows you to dive deep into customer behavior and use data to innovate, create and develop attractive customer offers in a fast moving retail environment.
At Circle K we view building fans through loyalty an important enabler for winning the customer. Our loyalty program is highly data driven and we use everything from basic demographic segmentations to advanced behavioral analysis to create trigger based offers, all in an effort to ensure we give the right offer to the right customer at the right time.
To be successful in this role you will need to be able to work with both analytics and business stakeholders, apply your deep understanding of how data and analytics can be leveraged to drive business results and execute them through your team of skilled analysts in several geographies across Europe and India. For the right person, this is a great opportunity to combine data driven skills in Loyalty and Marketing with skills in leadership and business.
We believe you have significant experience from working on the data- and analytics side of customer loyalty programs. You need to show a good understanding for the technological enablers required to do good customer analytics and work with our Global Tech teams to ensure our tech platform is fit for purpose.
Key responsibilities
Manage a team of customer- and marketing analytics professionals. Support our business team with data-driven insights, informing of opportunities and challenging of ideas. Continuously push the boundaries for automation, simplification and commercial value of retail customer data.Manage a roadmap with a mix of strategic, tactical and technical tasks in a way that align with company goals. Be the data-driven partner to our Loyalty and Marketing teams, support them in their priorities, but also challenge and prioritize based on data and insights you and your team uncover.Deliver all descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics needs of Circle K’s loyalty- and marketing programs.Qualifications and experience
A higher degree in an analytical discipline like Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or similar, preferred, but higher business degrees will also be considered.3+ years of experience delivering results from customer loyalty programs, preferably from a large sized retailer.Skills required :
Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and in any geography.Ability to effectively drive change through data in a matrixed organization. Experience from managing agile teams, backlog grooming and prioritization of resources.Experience from doing analytics, modelling and attributions, preferably within a customer context. Experience within Marketing, Marketing Analytics and Media Analytics.Personal Qualities Required
