Let’s talk about the role

The Senior Manager, Global Pricing in Product Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pricing strategies for the Sleep and Respiratory Care portfolio across international markets to maximize profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will leverage market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to drive pricing decisions and ensure alignment with overall business objectives. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Customer Insights, Finance, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives and market conditions.

Develop and implement global pricing strategies for product lines to achieve revenue and profitability goals.Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions and identify opportunities for pricing optimization.Create pricing models and frameworks that support product launches, market expansions, lifecycle management, and promotional activities.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive pricing to provide actionable insights and recommendations.Monitor and evaluate the impact of pricing strategies on sales performance, market share, profitability, and customer sentiment.Leverage understanding of customer economics and payer reimbursement to inform pricing strategies and tactics.Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure pricing strategies are integrated into overall business plans and executed effectively.Collaborate with regional teams to understand local market dynamics and adjust pricing strategies as needed.Oversee the implementation of pricing strategies and ensure consistency across global markets.Continuously monitor pricing performance and make adjustments to optimize revenue and profitability.Manage pricing tools and systems to ensure accurate and efficient pricing processes.Prepare and present regular reports on pricing performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations to senior management.Communicate pricing strategies and updates to relevant stakeholders and ensure alignment with overall business goals.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in pricing and product marketing.Propose and implement innovative pricing solutions and processes to enhance competitive advantage.

Let’s talk about you

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in pricing, product marketing, or related roles within a global organization.Proven experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies in multiple regions.

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills. 

This role is eligible to receive an annual cash bonus payment based on company, business unit, and/or individual performance. 

Base Pay Range for this position: 

$142,000 - $212,000

  

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
