Job Description Summary:
Job Summary: As a Global Retirement Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retirement consultants. This leader will collaborate with various departments, including Operating Units, Total Rewards CoE, Procurement, HR Tech, Payroll, Employee Relations, HR, etc. They will be responsible for ensuring operational controls are efficient and effective at improving the accuracy and quality of our retirement plan administration. They will also participate in resolving complex retirement escalations that have been escalated to them.
Key Responsibilities can include:
Collaborate with partners (retirement managers, payroll, HR Tech, procurement, Communications, TR leaders, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of retirement programs.
Create, execute, and delegate test plans to ensure ongoing processes function as designed.
Ensure existing retirement programs are delivered accurately, meet customer needs, and comply with regulations and standards.
Respond to escalated issues pertaining to retirement programs from Total Rewards leaders, vendors, teammates, and management.
Utilize experience in retirement delivery and operational effectiveness to identify solutions and improvements to current retirement processes ensuring compliance, accuracy, and delivering retirement operational design that is simpler, better, and faster.
Assist in resource management to balance project deliverables with ongoing retirement operating procedures to ensure overall success of global retirement programs.
Accountable for people management including fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, developing team members, and managing performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to simplify operations and identify automated solutions that will improve compliance, employee experience and compliance.

$125,000 - $141,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
