In this role, you will partner with the Global Head of People Experience and Human Resources Services, the Enterprise Communications team, the Human Resources Communications team and Business Unit HR, in the coordination and communication of messages about human resources initiatives and services to employees and internal partners. In addition, as a member of the Global Services Communication team, you'll help craft and deliver crucial communications that engage the hearts and minds of all GS HR employees and BPO partners, liaising with Global Corporate Affairs function to align with enterprise initiatives and guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as Communication Business Partner to the Global Head of People Experience and HR Services, translating the organization’s vision, mission and business goals into clear and compelling communications that inform, align and engage the GS HR employee and BPO workforce. (40%)
In partnership with Global Services Communications, Enterprise Communications and Human Resources Communications, update and implement a service-delivery communication strategy that delights end users, engages employees as customers and further strengthens the reputation of Johnson Johnson as an employer of choice. (20%)
Co-lead the GS HR Engagement Squad responsible for global employee engagement and events and provide strategic communication direction to guide initiatives. (15%)
Coordinate, connect and align messages between different initiatives advising different human resources partners; and create materials and communications for use across multiple reports, outputs, and senior level leaders. (20%)
Working with change leaders, HR business partners and the Program Management Office (PMO) develop overall communication strategy across all GS and HR initiatives.Collaborate and work closely with Change Management Communications peers and partners to develop employee communication content strategies and some change management interventions that break through the everyday clutter and bring the GS HR story to life across a diverse workforceSupport efforts to encourage a “one team” culture across all global communicators and way of operating to lead, innovate and deliver world-class employee communication and engagement capabilities. SalaryThe base pay range for this position is $118,000 - $203,550 USD
BonusThe Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
