Job Duties: Implement best practices in the global tax environment with respect to US and global tax policies developments, including Transfer Pricing planning, documentation, operationalization of TP, and TP defense and risk mitigation. Perform TP economic analyses to price intangible, tangible, and service transactions, including analysis of Johnson Johnson's third-party arrangements. Perform strategic TP planning and assist with tax planning and transfer pricing policy development, including but not limited to new cross border transactions, licensing transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Develop innovative, pragmatic solutions and provide advisory services for business partners and other tax professionals, particularly in the areas of supply chain tax planning, intercompany service arrangements, and transfer pricing. Provide TP controversy support including audit support for the US and/or abroad. Support preparation of responses to transfer pricing IDRs, and the preparation of the Advance Pricing Applications (APA) and Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAP) application packets for submission to both the US and foreign tax authorities. Support the analysis and documentation of transactions between related parties for consistency with the arm’s-length principle. Provide TP education to tax, finance, and business operations personnel and communicate changes to US and OECD transfer pricing regulations and its potential impact to JJ. Drive innovation through adoption of new technology to improve processes and support the Transfer Pricing workstream for JJ’s SAP Central Finance implementation.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Ph.D. degree in Economics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Manager, Global Transfer Pricing-related occupation.
