Senior Manager, Governance
**Job Title** Senior Manager, Governance **Job Description Summary** This position is responsible for the C&W governance and compliance with the Humana MSA and associated Playbooks, Policies, Procedures and Manuals, working with Senior Leadership to achieve expected outcomes. **Job Description** **Will need to be able to travel to** **Louisville monthly** **Knowledge and Experience** + Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize appropriately + Excellent communication skills and ability to convey clear insight and thought leadership + Strong interpersonal skills / ability to team with others to facilitate change + Ability to coordinate and independently manage multiple tasks efficiently + Ability to be Client facing and work with Senior Leaders on account + Strong time management and collaboration skills + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to ask the right questions without having extensive knowledge in a particular business area **Principal Responsibilities** + Support the Executive Account Director in delivery of responsibilities related to Master Services Agreement, including critical deliverables and activities due to client throughout the year + Works with Senior Leadership Team to ensure delivery of key events and meetings with Client + Assure that operational Playbooks are maintained; work with internal teams to assure compliance with scope of work as well as C&W and client policy and procedures + Assist teams in determining the need for and developing requests for change within established Governance procedures + Interface directly with the client Compliance leads + Partners with HRBP and Finance Director to manage on-account staffing tracker to track history of changes of approved headcount + Monitor and report on performance against internal and external Service Level Agreements + Manages the roll out of new reporting and governance processes and ensures adherence to governance policies and procedures + Conducts risk assessment, auditing, monitoring ongoing account performance against SLA’s + Reports monthly & quarterly Key Performance Indicator results and works with Finance Director and Client Partner to finalize fees earned/at risk + Identifies areas at risk of not meeting required SLA’s, KPI’s etc. Escalates appropriately and provides recommendations on how to address risk + Partners with business stakeholders at all levels of the organization to determine gaps or risk areas + Supports training and communication development to team members in the field on reporting and governance processes + Performs other related duties as required or requested Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
