About the Role 

The Head of Special Projects will report directly to the VP, GM of Consumer and will be responsible for overseeing and managing critical, non-routine, highly strategic and cross-functional initiatives that fall outside of typical organizational scope.  As Sr. Manager, Head of Special Projects, you will work with our internal partners across Clutter and Iron Mountain to identify, scope, and execute key initiatives that will drive the organization’s objectives and key results and build outstanding customer experiences.  This role requires strong leadership, relationship building, and project management skills to deliver the full business impact of these special projects.

What the Candidate Will Do

Define the operating structure and processes to implement on special projects

Lead a community of cross functional strategic leaders to produce a significant impact to the business

Maintain regular communications with key team members across the org

Ensure functional partners are aligned on key objectives

Advocate for product support to successfully execute key initiatives

Collaborate with key team members (legal, tax, policy, support, etc)

Track core business metrics and deploy streamlined reporting structure

Surface and advocate for key insights from the business to inform special projects

Qualifications

8+ years experience in operations, marketing, business consulting, finance or similar analytical role

Excellent communication, the ability to engage internal stakeholders and external customers

Extensive experience navigating large and complex organizations

Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions

Ability to bring key stakeholders across functions together to drive strategic alignment

A desire to learn, highly motivated self-starter, with an eagerness to learn and grow

Ability to foster collaboration and facilitate teamwork

Effective prioritization

Prior experience working in early stage, high growth businesses

Proven project management across large complex projects

Prior experience building and leading teams

Reasonably expected salary range: $138,500.00 - $184,700.00
